RTD Skatepark is Midland's only indoor skatepark. Built by some of the best builders in the United States, RTD Skatepark offers a state-of-the-art venue for skateboarders of all levels and abilities. RTD Skatepark is located on the property of Rock the Desert and is also home to a large annual music event. The park will also host local and national music acts, arts shows, camps, and a variety of after-school programs and events.

o    RTD will host local and international art show throughout the year.

o    RTD has a permanent contemporary art display from some of well-known pro skateboards and skateboarding artists.

o    Did you know that more people skateboard then play the all-American pastimes of football and baseball throughout the United States? Come and learn the basics every Saturday morning or head over to the open skate session Tuesdays through Saturday.

o    RTD will host music from local and national acts.

o    RTD will host pro and amateur skateboarding event.
