West Texas Desert Hawks settle lawsuit with National Arena League

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The National Arena League (NAL) announced a settlement agreement with the West Texas Desert Hawks.

While some details are confidential, league officials report the settlement allows the Desert Hawks to play in the Arena Football League (AFL).

Executive Director Rob Storm said, “We are happy that we were able to work together and settle this matter after negotiations going back to August, 2023. Zack Bugg has a great organization, and the NAL wishes him and the Desert Hawks much success in all their endeavors.”
