VOTER ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible to register to vote in Texas if:

  • You are 17 years and 10 months old, and you will be 18 years of age on Election Day
  • You are not a convicted felon; unless a person has completed their sentence, including parole and probation
  • You are a resident of the county where you are registering
  • You are a U.S. Citizen
  • You have not been declared mentally incapacitated by the courts

Complete the application form, print it out and mail or hand deliver it to the Midland County Elections Office.
