The best Mardi Gras celebration west of New Orleans is happening right here in Downtown Midland. This four-day event will feature a parade, live music, good food and so much more.

From Saturday, February 25 to Tuesday, February 28, the City of Midland will proclaim the 100 block of N. Colorado Street as “Bourbon Street” and the community will gather to celebrate this event that’s become quite a national phenomenon. Sponsored by the Downtown Midland Management District, Mardi Gras will benefit Midland/Odessa Area Aids Support, or MAAS.

“We’re so excited to bring this incredible event to downtown Midland” says MAAS Board Member Craig Stoker. “So many fun activities will be happening over the four days, and we want to thank the DMMD for helping us make this happen.”
