ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Desert Hawks Owner Zack Bugg released a new statement regarding a lawsuit the National Arena League (NAL) has filed a lawsuit against the Desert Hawks in an attempt to prevent the West Texas team from competing in the Arena Football League.

According to Bugg’s statement, a hearing will be held on May 21st.
